Welcome to Faith Flow Studios. Throughout these Terms of Service, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Faith Flow Studios.

These Terms of Service explain the rules that apply when you visit faithflowstudios.store, purchase our products, communicate with us, or otherwise use our website and services.

By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service, along with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and any other policies posted on our website.

Please do not use our website or purchase from us if you do not agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility to Use This Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You may not use our products, website, or services for any illegal, unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

2. Online Store Terms

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information when placing an order or creating an account.

You are responsible for reviewing your:

• Product selection
• Design or color selection
• Size
• Quantity
• Billing information
• Shipping address
• Email address

before completing checkout.

Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for order issues caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, introduce harmful code, attempt unauthorized access, collect information about other users, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

3. Products and Product Images

Faith Flow Studios offers faith-inspired apparel, merchandise, journals, gifts, and other products.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, colors, designs, sizes, and photographs accurately. However, colors may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, garment variations, and the printing process.

Some product images may include digital or AI-assisted mockups created to help customers visualize the finished product. Minor differences in color, design size, or placement may occur during production and do not automatically mean that an item is damaged or defective.

Product availability, designs, sizes, colors, and prices may change without notice.

We reserve the right to discontinue a product or limit the quantity available at any time.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Most Faith Flow Studios products are made after an order is placed.

Because an item is created specifically for the customer, production may begin shortly after the order is received. Customers should carefully review all product details before completing checkout.

Made-to-order products are subject to the cancellation, exchange, and refund terms stated in our Return and Refund Policy.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not guarantee that it will be accepted.

Faith Flow Studios reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons that may include:

• Product or material unavailability
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Incorrect pricing or product information
• An undeliverable shipping address
• Violation of these Terms of Service
• Circumstances that prevent us from safely or reasonably fulfilling the order

If we cancel an order after payment has been completed, we will issue an appropriate refund to the original payment method.

We may contact you using the email address or other contact information supplied during checkout if additional information is needed.

6. Prices, Payments, and Charges

All prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise stated.

We accept the payment methods displayed securely at checkout. Available payment methods may vary.

Customers are responsible for all applicable product charges, shipping charges, taxes, and other amounts clearly displayed during checkout.

Faith Flow Studios reserves the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects an order that has already been submitted, we may contact the customer for approval before proceeding or cancel the affected order and issue a refund.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.

7. Cancellations and Order Changes

Cancellation requests and order changes must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.

After 12 hours, changes may still be requested as long as production has not started, but approval is not guaranteed.

Orders cannot be canceled or changed after production has begun.

Shipping-address changes may be requested before an order ships. Once an order has shipped, Faith Flow Studios cannot change or redirect the delivery address.

Requests should be emailed to bxscoggins@gmail.com and must include the customer’s full name and order number.

8. Processing and Shipping

Please allow approximately 5–7 business days for made-to-order products to be created and prepared for shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, major holidays, or carrier delivery time.

Faith Flow Studios currently ships within the United States only.

After processing, delivery generally takes approximately 3–5 business days. In some cases, carrier delays, weather, location, or other circumstances may extend delivery to approximately 7 business days or longer.

Shipping estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Customers will receive tracking information by email once a shipping label has been created. Tracking information may not update until the carrier scans the package.

Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, incorrect addresses, service interruptions, or other events outside our reasonable control.

9. Incorrect and Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of shipping the package again.

Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.

10. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Because most products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or provide refunds for buyer’s remorse, changing your mind, choosing the wrong design, or ordering the wrong size.

Size-exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.

To qualify for an approved exchange, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or other signs of use.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and shipping the replacement item for an approved size exchange.

Customers must contact us before returning an item. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

11. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Customers must inspect their order after delivery.

Claims involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be submitted within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.

The customer must provide:

• Their full name
• Their order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product
• Clear photographs of the original packaging

After reviewing the claim, Faith Flow Studios may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.

When we confirm that Faith Flow Studios sent the wrong item or that an item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover approved replacement and shipping costs.

12. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Faith Flow Studios name, logo, product designs, artwork, photographs, graphics, written content, slogans, website materials, and other original content belong to Faith Flow Studios or are used with permission.

Morning Blessings names, logos, messages, and related materials are used in connection with Neal Scoggins and Impact HubLR.

Website visitors may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, distribute, upload, publish, manufacture, or commercially use our content or designs without prior written permission.

Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of the artwork, design, logo, photograph, or other intellectual property displayed on that product.

13. Reviews, Messages, and Submitted Content

Customers may submit reviews, feedback, photographs, comments, questions, or other content.

Submitted content must not be unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, discriminatory, misleading, obscene, infringing, or harmful.

You confirm that you have the right to submit any content you provide.

Faith Flow Studios may remove content that violates these terms or applicable platform rules. Nothing in these Terms of Service prevents a customer from providing an honest review or opinion about their experience.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services, including Shopify, payment processors, shipping carriers, social-media platforms, YouTube, and Impact HubLR.

Faith Flow Studios does not control and is not responsible for the content, security, availability, policies, or practices of third-party services.

Your use of a third-party website or service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policies.

15. Privacy

Personal information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

Payment information may be processed by Shopify or authorized third-party payment providers. Faith Flow Studios does not receive or store complete payment-card details when payments are processed through these providers.

16. Website Availability and Accuracy

We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that access will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Website information may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions involving product descriptions, prices, promotions, shipping charges, availability, or other details.

We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel an affected order when necessary.

17. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

Faith Flow Studios does not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted, completely secure, or free of errors.

Nothing in this section limits any warranty, remedy, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Faith Flow Studios will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our website or products.

Our total liability for a claim related to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the product involved in that claim, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

This section does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for losses, claims, or expenses resulting from your unlawful use of the website, your violation of these Terms of Service, or your infringement of another person’s rights.

20. Severability

If any part of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections will continue to apply.

21. Termination

Faith Flow Studios may suspend or terminate access to the website or refuse service when a user violates these terms, engages in suspected fraud, abuses our services, or uses the website unlawfully.

Obligations and liabilities created before termination will continue where applicable.

22. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable federal laws of the United States, without limiting any consumer protections that cannot legally be waived.

23. Changes to These Terms

Faith Flow Studios may update these Terms of Service as the business, website, products, or legal requirements change.

The current version will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.

Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms, to the extent permitted by law.

24. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with our posted policies, make up the agreement between the customer and Faith Flow Studios concerning use of the website and purchases made through it.

If any information on a product page conflicts with a clearly stated store policy, the more specific applicable policy will control.
