Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Faith Flow Studios. Most of our products are made to order, so please review the processing and delivery information below before placing your order.
Where We Ship
Faith Flow Studios currently ships within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Most Faith Flow Studios products are created after an order is placed.
Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be created, inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include weekends or major holidays.
Processing time is separate from shipping time. The estimated shipping timeframe begins after your order has finished processing and has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Estimated Shipping Time
After processing, shipping generally takes approximately 3–5 business days.
Depending on the carrier, destination, weather conditions, service interruptions, or other unexpected circumstances, delivery may take up to 7 business days or longer.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping Charges
Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before your order is completed.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product, shipping, and order information before submitting payment.
Tracking Information
Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout after your shipping label has been created.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to receive, scan, and update the package. Tracking information may not update immediately after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
Shipping Delays
Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, service interruptions, holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If we learn that we cannot ship your order within the stated processing timeframe, we will contact you using the email address provided during checkout. You may be given the option to approve the delay or cancel the unshipped order for a refund.
Please make sure your email address is entered correctly and monitor your inbox for order updates.
Shipping-Address Changes
Customers have 12 hours after placing an order to request an address change.
Address changes requested after 12 hours may still be approved if the order has not shipped. Once a package has shipped, Faith Flow Studios cannot change or redirect the delivery address.
To request an address update, email bxscoggins@gmail.com as soon as possible and include your full name, order number, and corrected address.
Address-change requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by Faith Flow Studios.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, refused, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order again.
The package will not be resent until the new shipping charge has been paid and the corrected address has been confirmed.
Returned Packages
If an order is returned to Faith Flow Studios, we will contact the customer using the email address associated with the order.
Customers will have the option to pay the required shipping charge to have an eligible order sent again.
Made-to-order items returned because of an incorrect or undeliverable address are not automatically eligible for a refund.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order when it arrives.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you purchased, contact us within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Please include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of the original packaging
After reviewing the information, Faith Flow Studios may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
