Ordering and Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the payment methods displayed securely at checkout. Available options may vary depending on the device and payment services being used.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Cancellation requests and order changes must be submitted within 12 hours of placing your order.

After the 12-hour window, changes may still be requested, but they are not guaranteed. We cannot cancel or change an order once production has started.

Please contact us as soon as possible and include your full name and order number.

Can I change my shipping address?

Shipping-address changes may be requested as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change or redirect the delivery address.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order and shipping information before completing checkout.

Processing and Shipping

How long does it take to process an order?

Most Faith Flow Studios products are made to order. Please allow 5–7 business days for your order to be created and prepared for shipment.

Processing time does not include weekends, major holidays, or carrier delivery time.

Where do you ship?

Faith Flow Studios currently ships within the United States only.

How long will shipping take?

After processing, delivery generally takes approximately 3–5 business days. Depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, or unexpected delays, delivery may take up to 7 business days.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and begin after your order has shipped.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout once your shipping label has been created.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

What happens if I enter an incorrect address?

Contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address. We may be able to update it if the order has not shipped.

Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly during checkout.

If a package is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order again.

Returns and Exchanges

Do you accept returns or issue refunds?

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, ordering the wrong design, or changing your mind after production has started.

Please carefully review your selections and shipping information before completing checkout.

Can I exchange my shirt for a different size?

Size-exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, and damage
• In its original condition

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost for the replacement item.

Please contact us before mailing an item back. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

What if I receive the wrong, damaged, or defective item?

Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide:

• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of the original packaging

After reviewing the information, Faith Flow Studios may offer a replacement or another appropriate resolution. When we send the wrong item or confirm that an item arrived damaged or defective, Faith Flow Studios will cover the approved replacement cost.

Sizing and Fit

How do your shirts fit?

Our shirts have a unisex-style fit. Unisex shirts typically provide a relaxed, everyday fit.

Customers who prefer a more fitted look may consider sizing down. Customers who prefer a looser or oversized look may consider sizing up.

Please review the size chart before ordering. When possible, compare the measurements to a shirt you already own and enjoy wearing.

Measurements and fit may vary slightly depending on the shirt brand or style used for a particular design. Please contact us before ordering if you need help choosing a size.

Product Care

How should I care for my shirt?

To help protect the shirt and printed design:

• Turn the garment inside out before washing
• Machine wash in cold water with similar colors
• Use a mild detergent
• Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
• Do not use bleach
• Do not dry clean
• Do not iron directly over the printed design

Following these instructions can help preserve the appearance of your garment and design.

Made-to-Order Products

What does “made to order” mean?

Made to order means your product is created after your purchase is placed. This allows Faith Flow Studios to offer more designs and sizes while reducing unnecessary inventory and waste.

Because production begins specifically for your order, please review your size, design, color, quantity, and shipping information carefully before completing checkout.

Are the product photos exact?

Some product images may include digital or AI-assisted mockups created to help customers visualize the finished item.

Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting, the garment used, and the printing process. Design size and placement may also vary slightly because each item is individually produced.

These small variations are normal and do not automatically indicate that an item is defective.
