Return and Refund Policy
At Faith Flow Studios, most products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed. Please carefully review your product, size, design color, quantity, shipping address, and other order details before completing checkout.
Cancellations and Order Changes
Cancellation requests and order changes must be submitted within 12 hours of placing an order.
After the initial 12-hour period, changes may still be requested as long as production has not started. Requests submitted after 12 hours are not guaranteed.
Orders cannot be canceled or changed after production has begun.
Shipping-address changes may be requested as long as the order has not shipped. Once an order has shipped, Faith Flow Studios cannot change or redirect the delivery address.

Made-to-Order Products
Because our products are made to order, we do not accept general returns or provide refunds for:
• Changing your mind
• Buyer’s remorse
• Selecting the wrong design or design color
• Ordering the wrong size
• Failing to review product details before purchasing
• Minor differences caused by screen settings or the handmade production process
Some product images may include digital or AI-assisted mockups. Colors, design size, and placement may vary slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, garment variations, and the production process. These minor variations do not automatically mean that an item is defective.
Size Exchanges
Size-exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of the confirmed delivery date.
To qualify for a size exchange, the item must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Free from stains, odors, pet hair, makeup, deodorant marks, and damage
• In its original condition
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the original item and the cost of shipping the replacement item.
Please contact Faith Flow Studios before sending an item back. Approved customers will receive return instructions by email. Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.
An exchange will be processed only after the original item has been received and inspected. If the item does not meet the conditions listed above, the exchange may be denied.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 5 days of the confirmed delivery date.
Your message must include:
• Your full name
• Your order number
• A description of the problem
• Clear photographs of the item
• Clear photographs of the original packaging
After reviewing the information, Faith Flow Studios may provide a replacement or another appropriate resolution.
When Faith Flow Studios confirms that the wrong item was sent or that an item arrived damaged or defective, we will cover the approved replacement and shipping costs.
Claims submitted after the five-day reporting period may not qualify for replacement.
Refunds
General refunds are not available for made-to-order products.
When Faith Flow Studios approves a refund as an exception, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the refund is issued because of an error made by Faith Flow Studios.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.
If an order is returned because the address was incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the order again.
Faith Flow Studios is not responsible for orders delivered to an address entered incorrectly by the customer.
